The Vancouver GIS Users Group is a group of GIS professionals using geographic information systems for spatial data management, analysis, and visualization.
Founded in 1882, the Canadian Institute of Geomatics has evolved to be a non-profit scientific and technical association and represent geomatics professionals, technologists and technicians and is devoted to advancing the development of geomatics in Canada.
